Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not misuse our services, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our platform, or interfere with the normal operation of our systems.
Subscriptions & Payments
Our products are offered as recurring monthly software subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorise ZENIEE and our payment provider to charge your chosen payment method the applicable plan fee at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (/refund).
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product names, and software — is the property of ZENIEE or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.
AI Products and Services
Our AI products, including Agent Zeny, are provided as tools to assist your business operations. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, AI outputs may not always be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content or recommendations before acting on them.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZENIEE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.
